pkar98 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pkar98 — whether through the website at pkar98.net, the Android app, or the mobile browser version — and by registering an account or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the complete agreement between you and pkar98 regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use pkar98. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pkar98, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. pkar98 is strictly for adults and we take age verification seriously. Any account found to have been created by or used by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance will be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from pkar98 or have an account that has been closed for rule violations. Attempting to register a new account after a voluntary self-exclusion or a ban is a breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Providing false identity information is a serious breach of these terms.

pkar98 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point and to restrict access to any user who cannot confirm their eligibility. Verification documents typically include a valid Pakistan CNIC.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on pkar98. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited pending review.

When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate personal details. The information you provide must match the identity documents you submit during account verification. Accounts that cannot be verified against the submitted information may be restricted from withdrawing until the issue is resolved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pkar98 account. This includes:

• Using a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Logging out after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying pkar98 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pkar98 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication claiming to be from pkar98 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkar98 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). No currency conversion is applied. Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and other mobile wallets commonly used in Pakistan. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone other than the account holder funds the account — are not accepted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be held pending verification, and the funds may be returned to the source.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• pkar98 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference.
• Chargeback attempts — disputing a legitimate deposit through your bank or payment provider — are treated as fraud and will result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. Account verification requires submitting a valid CNIC and confirming your registered mobile number. This is a one-time process. Accounts that have not completed verification cannot process withdrawal requests.

All withdrawals are sent in PKR to the payment account registered on your pkar98 profile. The name on your payment account must match the name on your CNIC and your pkar98 account. Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to an account not in your name — are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
• Processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same day; bank transfers take 1–3 business days; card withdrawals may take up to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled while in "Pending" status. Once a request enters "Under Review," it may no longer be cancellable.
• pkar98 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or larger amounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pkar98 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and reload promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms take precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.

General bonus rules that apply across all pkar98 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds. The standard requirement is that bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming withdrawable. The exact multiplier is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Multiple accounts claiming the same promotion is considered abuse and will result in all accounts involved being reviewed.

Game outcomes are determined by the game software and, where applicable, by real-time events (such as live dealer tables). pkar98 does not modify game outcomes.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. Once a bet is accepted, it stands subject to the relevant settlement rules.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a game or bet being interrupted, pkar98 will follow its standard technical fault procedure. In most cases, the bet is either settled based on available information or voided with the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and game. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkar98 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one account under any identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected error must be reported and may be confiscated.
• Fraudulent payment activity including chargebacks on legitimate transactions, use of stolen payment credentials, or money laundering through deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access or use pkar98 after having been excluded or banned from the platform.
• Any conduct intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to pkar98 systems or other users' accounts.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkar98 reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions, suspend or permanently close the account, and report relevant activity to applicable authorities where required.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

pkar98 may suspend or close an account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or other misconduct. Where an account is suspended, the holder will be notified and given an opportunity to respond unless the nature of the investigation makes this impractical.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. Any remaining real money balance — after verification and confirmation that there are no outstanding wagering requirements — will be returned to the registered payment method.
